Privacy policy

Data controller. The controller of personal data associated with the website and newsletter is Tomasz Wrzesiński, Entrepreneur Individuel, 4 Rue Gioffredo, 06000 Nice, France, RCS Nice 990 299 489. For privacy matters, contact redakcja@rynekjachtow.pl.

Data and purpose. The newsletter form collects an email address and technical information required to document the subscription and consent. We use this data solely to operate the RynekJachtow.pl newsletter, confirm the address and process unsubscribes.

Legal basis. Processing is based on voluntary consent. Subscription uses double opt-in: after submitting the form, the subscriber must confirm the address through a link sent by email.

Brevo. List management and email delivery are provided by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) as a processor. See the Brevo privacy policy.

Retention and rights. We retain data until consent is withdrawn or the newsletter is discontinued, while keeping records required to demonstrate consent for the legally necessary period. Subscribers can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdraw consent at any time using the link in each email or by contacting the controller.

Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views, traffic sources and performance. According to Cloudflare, the service operates without cookies and does not collect or use visitors' personal data. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
